No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Energy Bites
Ingredients:
3tbsp raw honey
3 scoops chocolate peanut butter protein
2tbsp Fruit Freak Seasonings Chocolate Banana Delight
1 ripe banana
2tbsp reeses chips
3/4 cup light peanut butter
1/3 cup raw mixed nuts
1.5 cup steel cut oats
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together.
If necessary, add a tsp of almond milk to reduce thickness.
Scoop and form into balls and place on parchment paper. Refrigerate in a covered container. Makes 24
Chocolate Banana Protein Muffins
Ingredients:
2 Mashed Bananas
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
2.5 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
1 cup oats
Directions:
Mix it all up, divide it up in a muffin tin, sprinkle Chocolate Banana Delight from Fruit Freak Seasonings on top. Bake for 10-15min and enjoy!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Greek Yogurt
Ingredients: 
1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
1.5 tbsp peanut butter
Sprinkle Fruit Freak Chocolate Banana Delight flavor generously 
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup original almond milk (or more to thin as desired)
3/4 cup ice
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2/3 cup Fruit Freak Chocolate Banana Delight flavor
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Blend into a puree and serve!
Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Kodiak cake mix
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1tsp of cinnamon
Sprinkle of flavorgod Pumpkin Pie seasoning
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
1/4 cup of Fruit Freak Pumpkin Spice flavor
Topped with 1/2 cup strawberries and Ed. Smith reduced sugar syrup
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix ingredients until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle
Brown on both sides and serve hot.
Banana Walnut Muffins with our Pumpkin Spice flavor!
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
½ cup white sugar
1 large egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil 
1 1/2 cups best for cake & pastry flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts
½ cup of Fruit Freak Seasoning Pumpkin spice 
Instructions (total time: 30 minutes)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Spray no-stick cooking spray on a 12-cup muffin tin
In a mixing bowl, mix the bananas, sugar and egg.
Add the vegetable oil to the mixing bowl
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and walnuts.
Add mixed batter into the 12-cup muffin tin
Sprinkle Fruit Freak Seasoning Pumpkin Spice on top of the mixed batter
Bake for about 22 minutes
Set muffins aside to cool
